Add a custom wine pairing educational experience to any class or dinner for $50 – $75 per person.

Pasta Making Experience – $140 per person – Sample Menu – Subject to Change

– Guests arrive and will be provided with aprons – antipasto, freshly baked focaccia and complimentary wine/ and non-alcoholic beverages will be served immediately.

– The chef will demonstrate techniques for shaping two pastas, ranging from hand shaping orecchiette and garganelli to working with a pasta machine.

– Guests will be invited to participate in the various steps.

– The chef will demonstrate and invite guests to participate in making various traditional sauces.

– Guests will be given ample time to socialize before departing.

This experience should take about 2 to 2.5 hours.

Pasta Making WITH ENTREE Experience  – $155 per person

– Everything listed above, plus the addition of a dinner entree (Chicken Francaise, or similar, with two sides) will be served with the freshly made pasta.

 Add a Cocktail Competition ($50 per person)
This is a great addition for larger groups that need two sessions.

Learn the History of the Old Fashioned (or other cocktail of your chossing) with this educational experience

– Classic preparation and variations.
– Suggestions and ingredients will be provided to experiment with.

– Guests will be divided into teams or may participate on an individual basis.

The bartender will judge the cocktail winner based on creative name, presentation, and
taste.

Mexican Fiesta – Hands on Experience – $155 

Complimentary Make Your Own Margarita bar (hands on) and other non-alcoholic beverages available

TORTILLAS DE MAÍZ – Freshly made corn tortillas (hands on)

This entire menu is naturally gluten free.

Add a Traditional Mexican Flan Dessert or Churros for $10 per person.

Pizza Making – Hands on Experience – $150 per person

– Guests arrive and will be provided with aprons – Antipasto, freshly baked focaccia and complimentary wine (for guests 21+) and non-alcoholic beverages will be served immediately.

– The chef will lead guests through making their own pizza dough that they will be able to take home and bake later.

– Guests will be invited to participate making their own personal pizzas with a variety of toppings.

This hands-on class will allow guests to participate at their own comfort level. Some portions of the class (such as the sauce making) will be demonstration based.

Sushi Making Experience – $155 per person

Join us for an evening of sushi education! The chef will guide you through everything from appetizers, to preparing sushi rice, selecting fish and more…

Piergoi Making Experience with Chef Justin O’Hanlon – $150 per person

Join us for an experience of rich Polish flavors!

Chef Justin O’Hanlon will guide you through this hands on class, making various pierogis, and you will enjoy each course!

MENU:

Classic potato and cheese, sour cream, caramelized onions

Wild mushroom, brown butter and leek

Kielbasa and saurkraut, beer sauce

Complimentary wine will be available for guests 21+ and other non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

 Focaccia Making Hands-On Experience – $100 per person (eight person minimum) – Sample Menu – Subject to Change

Guests are served an antipasto platter upon arrival, with freshly baked focaccia.

Guests will prepare a focaccia dough to take home and bake later (within 24 hours).

We will teach you how to decorate the focaccia during class with various toppings.

Guests will go home with their decorated bread.

DINNER EXPERIENCES

(These are multiple course dinner experiences, not hands-on classes).

Menu from Chef Chetna – Indian Dinner Experience at $195 per person:

Amuse Bouche 

Three types of butter boards (sweet, savory, spiced) with some Indian breads to enjoy with each flavored butter board.

Mains

Butter Chicken – seasoned chicken thighs cooked in a creamy, medium-spicy veggie based sauce with various herbs and spices. (Not as thick & heavy as traditional butter chicken you will find in a restaurant. This is a special recipe from Chef Chetna)

Stuffed Potato & Eggplant Curry – baby potatoes and eggplants are stuffed with a spiced tomato and herb mixture and then cooked in a thick tomato & onion based sauce. (A delicious vegetarian option created by the chef and usually served at special occasions)

Raita – cucumber & onions based yogurt sauce with ground cumin. (Eaten with main dishes to help refresh palate from any spices/heat)

Basmati Rice – Long grain rice cooked with aromatics

Indian Bread – Wheat Rotli is a thin wheat flour based flatbread traditionally eaten with most curries.

Drink

Rose Milk flavored milkshake

Dessert 

Gulab Jamun with Vanilla Ice-cream – warm sweet milk dumplings in a cardamom and saffron infused simple syrup served with ice-cold ice cream.
